Joy was so helpful and knowledgeable with different styles and materials, and even brought out a couple of types of carrier I didn't even know existed! In the end I rented two fantastic soft mesh carriers from her for my trip, but I also learned a lot about other brands and types that will be good for my day-to-day life. Such a worthwhile appointment; thank you for your help Joy!
Thank goodness for this service! As a first time mum of a 9 month old, I have purchased 3 different carriers, all of which turned out to be wrong for us in some kind of way. So with money lost + a-lot of frustration, I found Joy and learned about baby wearing consultations. She showed us multiple carriers, discussed them at length, and I got to try on the ones that felt suitable to our requirements.
The riverside setting is beautiful, Joy’s knowledge is priceless and best of all we finally found a carrier that I absolutely love. I then rented the carrier for 2 weeks to make sure it was right - which was SO helpful!!
All in all, a wonderful experience and worth its weight in gold as a first time mumma, thanks Joy!!

Myself and 4 Mum friends attended Joy's Babywearing party. We booked the appointment to get advice on carriers already purchased and to also try a selection of carriers and slings Joy had available. Joy was friendly and welcoming and had good knowledge to share. I ended up renting one to see how I got on at home. Thank you for your help Joy.

I rented two different carriers from Joy for our 8 month old! We’re going on holiday, and I needed a carrier for my 11kg baby to comfortably sleep on the flight! I also needed something I can dance with him at a wedding! Joy also showed me how to discreetly breastfeed in the carrier which is priceless knowledge! Thank you so much!

I was given advice about a lightweight sling after seeing a sling I liked the look of on her Instagram page. She ordered and posted it to me and gave advice re. Fit and use. I wouldn’t have know this sling existed/was recommended without her.
I tried out several carriers with Joy and settled on one I really liked. I was feeling a bit anxious about baby wearing as my baby was premature and very small when born. Joy was very knowledgable and gave me confidence to start baby wearing. This has been so useful to keep baby close during teething!

Joy was brilliant! She helped us find a carrier that worked well for us and had lots of helpful tips on using it and our existing carrier too. She explained everything at exactly the right level for sleep deprived parents of a newborn and a toddler! We now have a carrier that works for both of us and feel more confident using it too. Would absolutely recommend for any parents whose baby (like both of ours) likes to be carried all the time
